Due to the personalized nature of our services — including custom desserts and scheduled photo sessions — we do not offer refunds on any orders once they are confirmed and payment is received.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an issue with your order or service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product or completing your session. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a resolution which could include:

Any decision regarding refunds or credits is made on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Sweet Memories.
❗ Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations
Photography sessions missed or canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund, unless otherwise agreed upon.
For confectionery orders, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be considered for any credit or adjustment.
