Hello, I am Brittany Morris - founder of Sweet Memories.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent six months of treatment that changed the course of my life.  As a mother and Army veteran, I've faced many challenges, but nothing tested my strength and spirit like cancer did.

In 2023, after fracturing my spine during a routine exercise, I learned that my cancer had metastasized to my bones.  That moment not only changed my physical reality - it deepened my resolve to live with purpose, give back, and create something meaningful for others walking a similar path.

Sweet Memories was born out of this journey - a way to turn pain into purpose. This scholarship is dedicated to young cancer survivors who have fought through the unthinkable and still dare to dream.  I want them to know their lives are far from over, and their futures are still full of promise.
